In order to
contribute in the expansion of vocational training and enhancement of employment
possibilities in Turkey, the Elginkan Foundation developed the Vocational and
Technical Training Centres Project and opened the first vocational and technical
training centre “Ummehan Elginkan Vocational and Technical Training Centre”
(UEMTEM) in 1994 in Manisa. The second training centre was opened in 2003 in
Bolu. And the third training centre was opened in 2006 in Kocaeli -
İzmit.

present courses.Upon determinig on the Packet Education according to your
profession preference you can complete the titles of the educations in the
packet.To be able to complete these , you may own any kind of education
certificate from a previous course that you may have attended.You can also use
those kind of certificates during you form a packet education.Or you can also
start to take the courses one by one.
In result you have to take all the
education certificates which are in the packet ,either before or later.After you
complete the education titles,you will receive a certificate of Career Acquiring
Course Certificate.

given by our staff trainers and teachers of the Vocational High Schools.
Teachers specialised in their fields are selected to give courses.
At
the end of the courses, an examination commission is formed which consists of
three persons together with the person charged from the Directorate of National
Education. A “Certificate of Achievement” approved by the National Education is
given to the successful trainees. |

From 10
December 1994 the opening date of UEMTEM until 31 March 2010, total 145.216
persons attended the training programmes. |
|
|
FEES
Trainings are given free of charge
for persons and organizations attending the courses and seminars. For seminars
lasting all day long, lunches are also provided free of charge.
All
expenses are covered by the ELGINKAN FOUNDATION. |
